We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer two clear shipping methods to ensure you only pay for what you need. Costs are calculated based on the total number of items in your cart.
1. Standard Flat-Rate Shipping
For all orders containing 1 to 9 items, a flat shipping fee of ₹110 per product applies.
- 1 Product: ₹110.00
- 2 Products: ₹220.00
- 3 Products: ₹330.00
- 5 Products: ₹550.00
- 9 Products: ₹990.00
2. Free Shipping Promotion
We offer Free Shipping on all larger orders to provide better value for our bulk customers.
- Condition: Automatically applies to all orders of 10 or more items.
- Minimum Value: Also applies to any order totaling ₹15,000 or more.
Estimated Delivery Time
To ensure your expectations match our delivery process, we provide a total delivery estimate that includes both handling and transit times.
- Order Handling Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). This is the time we need to process, pack, and hand over your order to our courier partners.
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days. This is the duration your package is in transit from our facility to your delivery address.
- Total Delivery Time: 5–9 business days.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We partner with reputed courier services (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or India Post) to ensure your products reach you safely.
6. Damages & Issues
Shree Samarth Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at kalpanadoiphode340@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9922410812 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged items. We will do our best to assist you with a replacement.
