At Shree Samarth Shop, we value your satisfaction. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products according to the following guidelines:
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for any item purchased from our store.
2. Scenario A: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or is the incorrect item:
- Return Shipping: Shree Samarth Shop will cover all return shipping costs. We will arrange a courier pickup or provide a pre-paid label at no cost to you.
- Refund/Replacement: You are entitled to a 100% refund or a free replacement of the item.
3. Scenario B: Change of Mind (Non-Defective)
If you wish to return a product because you no longer want it or changed your mind:
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for organizing and paying all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A fixed restocking fee of ₹110 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover handling and processing.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
